Memories of My Childhood

As a child in England, Ann suffered with asthma and spent a lot of time in bed. The author and her family did not have television in those days, so reading her books and looking out of the window was how Ann passed her time. She wrote this poem for her mother and, when her mother dies, it was found in her effects.
